Our dear friend Val Cartwright will be remembered for her kindness, loyalty, generosity and dedication to her friends and her family. She was so helpful to participants of all the dog shows who were fortunate enough to have her in attendance but most particularly at our LRCP Specialties. Her cheerful smile and positive nature was contagious and put us all at ease. She was always willing to spend time with a "newbie" while never neglecting her old friends. She seemed to have everything in that booth of hers that we could possibly need. It was "hugs" all around with dear Val. Val will be warmly remembered and always missed.

Valerie was a long-time member of the Labrador Retriever Club of the Potomac, Inc. and the upcoming 41st Potomac Specialty is dedicated to her memory.
